All orders on TheAstroPanditJe must be paid in full online at checkout through our secure payment gateway (UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any product or service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS
Every gemstone, rudraksha, yantra, bracelet and puja item is personally selected and consecrated (abhimantrit) in your name before dispatch. Pujas, astrology reports and consultations are personalised services prepared specifically for you.
For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refund is issued once an order has been paid. Paid orders cannot be cancelled.
This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, choosing the wrong product, incorrect name, gotra or birth details provided by you, or disagreement with an astrological reading or remedy.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR NOT DELIVERED
If your parcel arrives damaged or broken, or you receive the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, an unboxing video and clear photos of the parcel and product.
After verification we will send a replacement of the same item at no extra cost. Replacements are not converted into a cash refund.
If a shipped order is lost in transit and not delivered, we will re-ship it once the courier confirms the loss. If a report, puja or consultation is not delivered within the time communicated to you, contact us and we will complete it.
FAILED OR DOUBLE PAYMENTS
If money was debited from your account but your order was not confirmed, the transaction is treated as failed and is automatically reversed by your bank or the payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days.
If the amount is not reversed within that time, contact us with your Order ID and the transaction reference so we can help you trace it with the payment gateway.
